The Organisation
Integrity Initiatives International Europe is a Netherlands-based advocacy organisation leading the campaign to establish an International Anti-Corruption Court, working with 44 governments across Europe and beyond to turn the vision of global accountability into institutional reality. 

III Europe needed an annual report that could do more than document activities. It needed to communicate progress, credibility and momentum around an ambitious international campaign. 

 

The Approach

Arkar worked with III Europe to transform its annual reporting content into a cohesive editorial and visual publication. The focus was on creating a clear narrative and visual structure that could guide readers through the organisation's work. The process combined:

• Print-ready production

• Interactive digital formatting

• Social media assets to support the report launch

Two Years Collaboration 

Arkar has supported III Europe for two consecutive annual reporting cycles, delivering the organisation's 2024 and 2025 Annual Reports. The 2024 report documented the organisation's first months following its launch, including the development of the IACC Treaty, engagement with European governments, public events and the establishment of the organisation's initial institutional capacity. The 2025 report included a significantly expanded programme of work, including the development of a new iteration of the IACC Treaty, engagement with officials from 44 governments, the launch of the Civil Society Coalition for the IACC and participation in more than 30 international events.
